LFX-PP™ Polypropylene Filter Bags

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-PP™ Polypropylene (PP) liquid filter bags are engineered for high-efficiency depth filtration, consistent particulate retention, long service life, and stable system performance in demanding industrial liquid filtration applications.

Manufactured from 100% polypropylene needle-punched felt and available in nominal micron ratings from 1–200 µm, LFX-PP™ filter bags provide high dirt-holding capacity, low differential pressure (ΔP), and broad chemical compatibility with water-based solutions, mild oxidising environments, and common aliphatic solvents. These characteristics make them well-suited for chemical processing, food & beverage, utilities, and general industrial process filtration where reliable, repeatable performance is required.

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-PP™ Polypropylene (PP) liquid filter bags are engineered as direct drop in replacements for equivalent OEM liquid filter bags from leading global brands, making it easy for plants to standardise on FiltraCore without changing existing housings or hardware. Technical Specifications
  • Material: 100% polypropylene (PP) needle-punched felt (depth-filtration media)
  • Micron ratings (nominal): 1 – 200 μm
  • Operating temperature: Up to 135 °C continuous; short-term excursions to 150 °C when fully supported
  • Construction: Welded or sewn seams
  • Collar / ring options: Polypropylene or polyester flange; 304/316 stainless-steel or galvanised-steel rings (snap-seal styles also available)
  • Surface treatments: Singed or glazed finishes to reduce fibre migration and enhance cake release
  • Compliance: Food-contact-compliant variants available (FDA 21 CFR; EU 1935/2004 & 10/2011)

  • Marine — utility/washdown water pre-filtration (not a MARPOL oil-discharge compliance solution).
