DFX-ACR™ Acrylic Dust Filter Bags

DFX-ACR™ Acrylic Dust Filter Bags are manufactured from homopolymer acrylic needlefelt and engineered for dependable mid-temperature industrial dust collection, particularly in environments where polyester or polypropylene media do not provide sufficient long-term durability. Acrylic fibres offer stable resistance to acidic gases, moisture-laden flue dust, and variable heat conditions commonly found in chemical processing, biomass combustion, and waste-incineration operations.

Designed for continuous operating temperatures up to 120 °C, with short-term peaks of approximately 150 °C, these acrylic dust filter bags maintain consistent filtration efficiency and structural integrity over extended operating cycles. Their balance of thermal stability and chemical resistance makes them a reliable acrylic filter bag option for operators seeking reduced replacement frequency, predictable baghouse performance, and steady operation under moderate thermal conditions.
