DFX-PTFE™ PTFE Teflon® Coated Dust Filter Bags

DFX-PTFE™ PTFE Dust Filter Bags are designed for the harshest industrial dust collection environments, where extreme chemical resistance, sustained high temperatures, and consistent low-emission performance are required. Manufactured from 100% PTFE needlefelt or PTFE-coated media, these bags deliver exceptional durability and long-term stability under corrosive and high-temperature gas conditions.

With a continuous operating rating of up to 250 °C and short-term thermal resistance up to 260 °C, DFX-PTFE™ maintains mechanical strength and filtration efficiency even in highly oxidising or chemically aggressive process streams. This PTFE dust filter bag media is widely used in chemical processing, waste incineration, high-temperature flue gas treatment, and other demanding applications where maximum service life and reliable filtration performance are essential.

  • Material: 100% PTFE needlefelt or woven PTFE; also available as ePTFE membrane laminated to P84®, PPS, or aramid felt

  • Operating Temperature: Continuous up to 250 °C; short-term peaks to 260 °C
  • Micron Ratings: Typically 1–25 μm, application specific
  • Finish Options: PTFE membrane lamination (standard); graphite coating; silicone or expanded PTFE treatments available
