FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT™ Series is our comprehensive platform of pleated filter cartridges, designed for applications ranging from general industrial liquid clarification to food and beverage polishing, microelectronics, chemical processing and sterile-grade pharmaceutical filtration. Engineered around high-surface-area pleated media, the LFX-CPLEAT™ Series delivers low differential pressure, absolute micron retention, extended filtration life and stable, repeatable performance across a wide operating envelope.

The platform supports seven high-performance media families — polypropylene, polyethersulfone, PTFE (hydrophobic and hydrophilic), PVDF, nylon, polysulfone, glass fibre and PFA — enabling operators to match exact media characteristics to their process chemistry, purity requirements or regulatory needs. All cartridges are manufactured under strict quality controls, designed for compatibility with standard industrial housings, and supported by FiltraCore Asia’s engineering-focused documentation and validation guidance.
