LFX-CPLEAT-PP™ Polypropylene Pleated Filter Cartridges

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-PP™ polypropylene pleated filter cartridges deliver absolute-rated surface filtration for industrial liquid clarification, water treatment and process-line protection where predictable particulate retention, low extractables, and stable performance are critical. Manufactured using 100 percent polypropylene pleated media with a rigid polypropylene core, cage and end caps, these cartridges provide high surface area, low differential pressure (ΔP) and long, consistent operating life in demanding plant environments.

The precision-pleated construction maximises effective surface area, enabling higher flow capacity, lower pressure loss, and longer service cycles compared to conventional depth-only cartridges. The uniform polypropylene fibre matrix ensures tight, repeatable cut-points across the full micron range, supporting clarification, polishing and upstream protection of sensitive downstream equipment.

Designed for broad chemical compatibility and low extractables, LFX-CPLEAT-PP™ cartridges perform reliably across water treatment, coatings, chemicals, microelectronics support systems and general manufacturing utilities. Their thermal-bonded, adhesive-free construction eliminates binder migration and supports use in higher-purity processes where material stability is essential. They are fully compatible with major OEM pleated polypropylene cartridges, including Eaton® LOFCLEAR™ AG Series and BECO PROTECT® PP Series, offering straightforward drop-in replacement without system modification.

With robust mechanical strength, industry-standard sizing and compatibility with all major cartridge housings, LFX-CPLEAT-PP™ cartridges provide a cost-efficient upgrade path for operations requiring absolute-rated pleated filtration, improved clarity, extended service life and reduced change-out frequency across diverse liquid-processing environments.
