FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-PTFE™ PTFE Membrane Pleated Cartridge platform is engineered for aggressive chemical processes, critical gas filtration, solvent handling and corrosive liquid applications where chemical inertness, ultra-low extractables and stable absolute retention are essential. Constructed using expanded PTFE membrane technology with rigid polypropylene or fluoropolymer support structures depending on variant, these cartridges provide exceptional chemical resistance, high structural strength and reliable particulate control across a wide range of demanding operating environments.

The PTFE membrane architecture delivers excellent gas flow characteristics, enabling efficient filtration of compressed air, nitrogen, process gases, fermentation gases and sterile venting applications while maintaining very low differential pressure and stable contaminant retention. In liquid service, the membrane’s chemical stability enables long filtration cycles and predictable retention behaviour in systems handling strong acids, bases, oxidisers, solvents and high purity chemical intermediates.

With thermal-bonded, adhesive-free construction, LFX-CPLEAT-PTFE™ cartridges eliminate binder migration and support consistent performance in high purity and corrosive environments. The fully supported pleated membrane structure maintains pleat integrity under high flow rates, elevated temperatures and aggressive chemical exposure, ensuring dependable filtration performance across both gas and liquid process systems.

The LFX-CPLEAT-PTFE™ Series includes specialised variants engineered for specific operating requirements across chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, semiconductor manufacturing and industrial gas systems. These include hydrophobic PTFE cartridges for gas and vent filtration, hydrophilic PTFE cartridges for aggressive aqueous chemical liquids, sterilising grade PTFE membrane cartridges for critical pharmaceutical processes, solvent and chemical process PTFE cartridges for corrosive liquid filtration, sterile tank vent PTFE cartridges for microbial barrier protection and fully fluoropolymer cartridges designed for ultra-corrosive chemical environments. Selected variants are also available in wetted packaging to enable rapid membrane wetting and integrity testing for liquid filtration applications.

Designed to interface seamlessly with industry-standard filter housings, LFX-CPLEAT-PTFE™ provides a reliable, high-performance upgrade path for facilities requiring sterile gas protection, aggressive chemical filtration, solvent polishing and high purity venting while reducing change-out frequency and maintaining stable system performance.

Each cartridge is manufactured in a controlled cleanroom environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. All cartridges are individually serialised and provide full material traceability.
The materials of construction comply with FDA food contact regulations as outlined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR). Components also meet the requirements of European Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 relating to plastic materials intended for food contact applications.

Available in industry-standard lengths and end-cap configurations, LFX-CPLEAT-PTFE™ cartridges are designed as drop-in replacements for many PTFE membrane cartridges from major OEMs including Pall® Emflon™, Parker Hannifin® Proflow™ / Fluoroflow™ PTFE Series and Amazon Filters SupaPore™ TP / SupaPore™ THB, subject to dimensional and application verification.
