FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-GF™ Series delivers advanced pleated glass-fibre filtration engineered for high dirt-holding capacity, low differential pressure and stable particle-removal performance across industrial, commercial and high-purity liquid systems. Built on high-surface-area glass microfibre media with a robust polypropylene support structure, the LFX-CPLEAT-GF™ platform provides rapid flow rates, long service life and predictable retention behaviour for prefiltration, clarification and fluid-conditioning duties.

The series includes four engineered variants — Nanofibre (NF), Standard Glass Fibre (STF), High-Capacity Composite (HC) and Big Blue (BB) — enabling operators to match media structure to process demands, solids loading, flow requirements or housing format. All cartridges are manufactured under controlled production standards, designed for compatibility with industry-standard housings and supported by detailed technical documentation and integration guidance.


LFX-CPLEAT-GF™ Variants

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-NF™ – Nanofibre Glass Fibre Pleated Cartridge

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-NF™ is an electropositive nanofibre enhanced borosilicate glass microfibre pleated cartridge designed for the efficient removal of ultrafine and negatively charged contaminants from aqueous solutions and polar liquids. The filtration media incorporates nanoalumina within a glass microfibre matrix, generating a high level of positive surface charge with a zeta potential exceeding 50 mV at pH 7.2.

This electropositive characteristic enables adsorptive removal mechanisms, allowing the cartridge to capture submicron particles, colloids and dissolved contaminants that are not effectively retained by conventional mechanical filtration alone. Unlike standard glass fibre media that relies primarily on pore size exclusion, LFX-CPLEAT-GF-NF™ combines adsorption and depth filtration, resulting in improved removal efficiency for fine and weakly retained species.

The media structure also provides high internal surface area and open porosity, supporting high flow rates, low differential pressure and extended service life. This makes the cartridge particularly effective as a cost efficient solution for removing negatively charged contaminants, including endotoxins, organic colloids and fine particulate matter in high purity and process water systems.

The pleated configuration ensures stable flow performance, rapid wettability and low extractables, enabling consistent filtration behaviour across industrial water treatment, pharmaceutical processing, microelectronics utilities and food and beverage clarification applications.

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-NF™ is engineered for use as a drop-in replacement for nanofibre-grade glass-fibre cartridges from Amazon Filters SupaPore® Nanofibre, subject to dimensional and application verification.


LFX-CPLEAT-GF-STF™ – Standard Glass Fibre Pleated Cartridge

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-STF™ is a borosilicate glass fibre pleated cartridge designed for general industrial liquid and gas prefiltration applications. The glass fibre media provides high dirt-holding capacity, low differential pressure and stable particulate retention across process water, food and beverage utilities, chemical processing and vent or gas prefiltration duties. The pleated configuration supports improved flow distribution and extended service life compared to conventional depth filtration.

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-STF™ is engineered for use as a drop-in replacement for standard glass-fibre pleated cartridges from Parker® Glass-Mate™ and Eaton LOFPLEAT™ HF-G, subject to dimensional and application verification.


LFX-CPLEAT-GF-HC™ – High-Integrity Glass Fibre Pleated Cartridge

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-HC™ is a structurally reinforced pleated filter cartridge designed with a single piece polypropylene core and outer cage construction, where the core, cage and filter media are thermally bonded into one integrated unit. This design provides enhanced mechanical strength, improved sealing integrity and resistance to deformation under operating conditions.

The pleated glass fibre media delivers a large filtration surface area, supporting high flow rates, low differential pressure and increased dirt holding capacity, while the integrated structure ensures stable performance and reduced risk of bypass in demanding applications.

Manufactured with 100 percent polypropylene components, the cartridge offers broad chemical compatibility and is suitable for a wide range of liquid filtration duties, including process water, chemical systems and industrial applications requiring reliable mechanical integrity and consistent filtration performance.

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-HC™ is engineered for compatibility with structurally reinforced pleated cartridges and standard pleated filter housings, subject to dimensional and application verification


LFX-CPLEAT-GF-BB™ – Big Blue Glass Fibre Pleated Cartridge (4.5 inch Class)

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-BB™ is a large diameter borosilicate glass fibre pleated cartridge designed for high flow liquid filtration in 4.5 inch Big Blue housing systems. As part of the LFX-CPLEAT platform, this variant utilises glass fibre media to deliver reliable particulate reduction, high dirt holding capacity and stable performance in high volume applications.

The pleated glass fibre structure provides high flow rates at low differential pressure, enabling improved throughput and extended service life compared to traditional depth cartridges. The large diameter configuration increases filtration surface area, supporting efficient operation in commercial, industrial and utility water systems.

This configuration is suitable for water filtration, process water treatment, RO prefiltration and deionised water systems, where high flow capacity and consistent particulate removal are required.

LFX-CPLEAT-GF-BB™ is engineered for use as a drop-in replacement for Big-Blue-format glass-fibre cartridges from Pentair/Pentek® Micro-Z (GF Version), Hydronix® BB-GF, Harmsco® Premium GF and Graver Technologies GF Series (BB Format), subject to dimensional and application verification.

Applications

Nanofibre (GF-NF™): Removal of ultrafine and negatively charged contaminants in high-clarity water systems, microelectronics utility loops, laboratory preparation, high-purity prefiltration and industrial polishing applications, where electropositive media enables adsorption-based capture of colloids and submicron species beyond conventional size exclusion.

Big Blue Format (GF-BB™): High flow filtration for commercial and industrial water, food service utilities, municipal and groundwater polishing and RO prefiltration, designed for use in 4.5 inch Big Blue class housing systems.
