FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-HF™ High-Flow Pleated Filter Cartridges are engineered using a large-diameter pleated polyester filtration platform designed for high-flow, low–differential-pressure liquid applications. With an expanded outer diameter of approximately 197 mm, the XL configuration provides a significantly increased filtration area, delivering higher flow rates, lower initial pressure drop and extended service life across industrial, commercial and utility-water systems.
Each LFX-CPLEAT-HF™ element is constructed using pleated polyester filtration media, supported by a rigid centre core and integrated end-cap structure to ensure consistent performance, dimensional stability and a reliable seal. The design is fully binder-free, adhesive-free and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, ensuring dependable particulate retention, predictable ΔP behaviour and long operating life in continuous-duty environments.
LFX-CPLEAT-HF™ is suitable for general liquid clarification, pre-filtration, commercial water treatment, industrial wastewater conditioning, cooling tower filtration, desalination pre-treatment, RO guard filtration and other high-flow applications requiring durable, cleanable and reusable pleated-media performance. The large-surface-area pleat geometry reduces change-out frequency and supports economical operation in demanding service conditions.
LFX-CPLEAT-HF™ is designed for dimensional compatibility with large-format pleated cartridges used in high-flow industrial systems, subject to application and dimensional verification.
