ACCSX-FBC™ Filter Bag Cages

FiltraCore Asia’s ACCSX-FBC™ Filter Bag Cages provide the structural backbone for industrial dust-collection systems, delivering the reliability, sourcing efficiency, and predictable life-cycle economics procurement teams require.

Designed for pulse-jet and reverse-air baghouses, these cages maintain correct bag geometry to prevent collapse, optimise airflow distribution, and improve cleaning efficiency during every cycle—supporting lower energy use and extended bag change-out intervals.

Technical Specifications
  • Material: Carbon steel; galvanised steel; stainless steel (304 or 316); silicone (silicon-
resin) powder-coated carbon steel; titanium available for extreme corrosion or high-temperature service.
  • Shapes: Round, oval, star, or diamond/flat geometries.
  • Length: Standard single-piece cages 1,000 mm – 6,000 mm. Multi-piece cages with finger/slide-lock connectors available for installations up to ~7,000 mm.
  • Diameter: Common nominal diameters 120 mm – 200 mm; other
diameters manufactured on request to match tubesheet and bag specifications.
  • Vertical Wires: Typically 8, 10, 12, or 20 vertical wires depending on cage diameter and application duty; other wire counts supplied to drawing.
  • Wire Gauge: 3 mm – 6 mm low-carbon or stainless steel wire (≈10–4 AWG equivalents), specified to meet mechanical load and cleaning-pulse stress requirements.
  • Joint Construction: One-piece welded (standard); or two-/three-piece cages with finger-lock or slide-lock connectors for restricted-height installations.
Applications
  • Cement, lime, and minerals processing plants – support of high-temperature and abrasive dust filtration systems
  • Metal smelting and foundries – structural integrity under elevated heat and particulate loading
  • Biomass and coal-fired power plants – stability under high differential pressures and continuous duty cycles
  • Waste-to-energy and incineration facilities – corrosion-resistant
performance in acidic flue gas environments
  • Chemical and petrochemical processing – compatibility with corrosive and fine-particulate emissions
  • Food and grain milling operations – maintenance of hygienic air quality and dust control
  • Woodworking and furniture manufacturing – reliable capture of fine wood dust in large-scale production
  • General industrial dust collection – versatile use in diverse heavy-duty applications
