Built from 316L stainless steel (304 optional), they feature a crevice-minimising sanitary geometry and tri-clamp connections to support effective cleaning, sterilisation, and regulatory compliance when installed and validated according to site procedures.
Each filter housing incorporates an electropolished internal surface (typically 0.4–0.8 µm Ra, model dependent) to ensure CIP/SIP cleanability, reduced product hold-up, and consistently hygienic operation. Designed to accept standard sanitary 2.5″ OD cartridge formats, the housings provide reliable point-of-use filtration and seamless integration into critical process stages.
