FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON™ Series represents a complete platform of hydrophilic nylon-66 (N66) membrane pleated cartridges engineered for high-purity, food and beverage, pharmaceutical support, electronics-grade and industrial liquid-filtration processes. Designed around absolute-rated N66 membrane technology, the series delivers high flow rates, low differential pressure, reliable microbial and fine-particulate reduction, rapid wettability and excellent chemical resistance across a broad range of production environments.

All LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON™ cartridges are constructed using hydrophilic N66 membrane with polypropylene upstream/downstream supports (variant dependent), polypropylene core, cage and end caps, assembled under thermal-bonded, adhesive-free fabrication to minimise extractables and ensure consistent retention. Each variant is tailored for a specific class of filtration duty, supporting high-purity industrial, beverage, chemical-processing and general-purpose applications with accurate, application-driven performance.


LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-SF™ – Single-Layer Nylon-66 Membrane Cartridges

Designed for general-purpose high-purity industrial and process-liquid filtration, LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-SF™ uses a single-layer hydrophilic N66 membrane providing high flow, low ΔP and stable particulate-retention across neutral-pH liquids, solvents, aqueous systems and quality-control process steps. The construction supports rapid wettability, low protein binding and consistent retention in high-throughput environments.

Each membrane element is 100 percent integrity tested, serial-number tracked and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Cartridges are manufactured using adhesive-free thermal bonding, are non-fibre releasing, and meet extractables requirements for high-purity industrial applications.

LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-SF™ is engineered for use as a drop-in replacement for industrial Nylon-66 cartridges from Pall® Ultipor® N66 SeriesAmazon® SupaPore® NP and 3M® LifeASSURE™ BA Series, subject to dimensional and application verification.


LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-DL™ – Dual-Layer Nylon-66 Membrane Cartridges

Designed for enhanced particulate-retention, critical utility-stage polishing and high-clarity liquid applications, LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-DL™ uses a dual-layer hydrophilic N66 membrane delivering higher retention efficiency, improved stability and consistent integrity testing across buffer solutions, intermediates, fine chemicals and process liquids requiring increased depth and safety margins.

Each membrane element is integrity-testable, serial-number tracked and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Cartridges provide steam-in-place/autoclave compatibility, low extractables, non-fibre releasing performance and predictable retention across a broad operating window.

LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-DL™ is compatible as a drop-in replacement for dual-layer N66 cartridges from Pall® Ultipor® N66 Series and Amazon® SupaPore® NP, subject to dimensional and application verification.


LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-PX™ – Low-Extractables Nylon-66 Membrane Cartridges

Engineered for high-purity and low-extractables polishing where hydrophilic N66 membrane performance is required, LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-PX™ uses a premium hydrophilic N66 membrane with polypropylene supports providing high flow, low ΔP and stable microbial and particulate-retention for DI water, electronic-process liquids, neutral-pH process systems, beverage polishing and fine chemical filtration.

Each membrane element is individually integrity tested, serial-number tracked and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Cartridges meet extractables requirements for high-purity utilities and support steam/autoclave compatibility, with non-fibre releasing, non-pyrogenic construction where required.

LFX-CPLEAT-NYLON-PX™ is compatible as a drop-in replacement for low-extractables Nylon-66 cartridges from Pall® N66 Series, Sartorius® Sartolon Series and Amazon® SupaPore® NP, subject to dimensional and application verification.
