LFX-NMO™ Nylon Monofilament Filter Bags

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-NMO™ Nylon Monofilament Liquid Filter Bags are engineered for clarity-critical and hygienic liquid filtration applications where precise surface filtration, consistent mesh opening, and zero fibre shedding are essential. Manufactured from high-precision woven nylon monofilament mesh, these filter bags provide accurate particulate straining across a 5–1,200 µm surface-rated range, with minimal media loading and excellent mechanical stability.

Designed for visual inspection processes, food-contact operations, and sanitary liquid handling, the LFX-NMO™ Series delivers reliable performance in high-flow systems where reusability, cleanability, and particle visibility are required. Food-contact-compliant variants are available (FDA 21 CFR 177.1500; EU 1935/2004 & 10/2011), ensuring safe use across industrial and hygienic processes.

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-NMO™ Nylon Monofilament Liquid Filter Bags are engineered as direct drop in replacements for equivalent nylon mesh filter bags supplied by major global OEMs. The LFX-NMO™ series aligns with the mesh ratings, pore geometry, collar styles, and dimensional standards used across industrial liquid straining and clarity critical processes. Representative compatible model families include:

  • Eaton® nylon monofilament series

  • Parker Hannifin® FulFlo® nylon monofilament series

  • Filtration Group® nylon monofilament liquid bag series

  • Sefar AG® monofilament liquid filtration series

Technical Specifications
  • Material: Woven Nylon Monofilament Mesh (NMO)
  • Micron Ratings: 5 μm to 1,200 μm (surface-rated; high retention at stated mesh opening, typical)
  • Operating Temperature: Up to 135 °C continuous (grade-dependent); brief excursions to 150 °C during start-up or cleaning
  • Construction: Sewn seams with bound edges; Nylon 6 or 6/6 thread for chemical compatibility. Standard inside stitching is used to minimise bypass and maintain secure seam integrity.
  • Collar/Ring Options: Molded polypropylene flange (standard), 304/316 stainless steel ring, galvanized steel ring, or flex-ring design.
  • Surface Characteristics: Smooth single-fibre woven mesh with consistent pore size; non-fibre-shedding; minimal media migration
  • Compliance: Food-contact-compliant variants available (FDA 21 CFR 177.1500; EU 1935/2004 & 10/2011)
