The LFX C Series™ supports coarse pre filtration, fine polishing, food and beverage clarification, ultrapure water purification, sterile air and liquid handling and virus and bacteria control in sensitive cosmetic, bioprocess and pharmaceutical workflows. Food contact compliant variants are available (FDA 21 CFR and EU 1935/2004 and 10/2011), with selected models engineered for controlled extractables, low TOC release and high purity demands. HFX™ Series | High Performance Industrial, Sanitary and Pharmaceutical Grade Filter Housings
The HFX™ Series represents FiltraCore Asia’s advanced range of industrial, sanitary and pharmaceutical grade filter housings, engineered to deliver dependable pressure containment, clean operation and long term process integrity across critical liquid, gas and clean utility filtration systems.
Designed for applications ranging from general manufacturing and chemical processing to food, beverage, biotechnology and pharmaceutical production, HFX™ Filter Housings are available in stainless steel 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, selected specialty alloys, glass filled polypropylene and PVDF. Each configuration is selected and engineered against the actual process conditions, required filtration element, fluid characteristics, pressure, temperature, flow rate, cleaning method, surface finish and compliance documentation.
Manufacturing is conducted within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Selected configurations may also be supplied with NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 certification support, Halal certification support and manufacturing level quality documentation. NSF certified configurations are available only for approved materials, seals, operating conditions and model combinations.

Designed for stable long term operation, each DFX™ filter bag is manufactured using application matched technical media, including polyester, homopolymer acrylic needlefelt, aramid (Nomex®), PPS (Ryton®), fibreglass, fibreglass blends (FMS), P84® polyimide, PTFE, and antistatic conductive media for static sensitive or combustible dust applications.
Built for heavy duty industrial performance, DFX™ baghouse bags support high filtration efficiency, stable differential pressure, effective dust cake release, and reliable airflow control under continuous operating conditions. Available surface finishes include singed, glazed, calendered, heat set, oil and water repellent, PTFE membrane laminated, and antistatic options, allowing each filter bag to be matched to the dust type, temperature profile, moisture level, chemical exposure, cleaning system, and emission control requirement.
