AFX-PKT™ Pocket Filter

FiltraCore Asia’s AFX-PKT™ pocket filters are multi-pocket, extended-surface air filters engineered for commercial HVAC and industrial ventilation applications requiring high dust-holding capacity and stable pressure drop. Designed for AHUs across commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, electronics, food & beverage, clean-centre, and general industrial environments, they support longer change-out intervals, predictable lifetime economics, and simplified stock planning.

Manufactured as multi-pocket, extended-surface pocket filter modules, AFX-PKT™ filters deliver consistent airflow performance while helping to reduce energy consumption across large commercial and industrial HVAC portfolios. Their stable pressure drop profile and high dust-loading capability make them suitable for demanding ventilation systems requiring dependable, long-term operation.

Available in multiple pocket configurations up to MERV 15 / ISO 16890 ePM1-class, AFX-PKT™ pocket filter modules provide high-capacity air filtration in a compact, lightweight format for HVAC and general ventilation systems. Their wide compatibility and consistent performance make them suitable for portfolio standardisation without over-specifying.

  • Molecular capability (AFX-PKT-AC™): Activated-carbon layer for broad-spectrum VOC/odour reduction. Performance depends on contaminant species, concentration, residence time, and relative humidity. ISO 10121-type molecular test data available on request
  • Nominal sizes / depths: Typical modules 592 × 592 / 592 × 490 / 592 × 287 mm with pocket depths around 300, 380, 560, 760 mm (other sizes on request)
  • Face velocity / rating points: Industry reference points commonly ≈2.5 m/s for qualification; some ranges are published to ≈3.0–3.2 m/s depending on construction. Product performance is stated at the defined face velocity for each model
  • Initial differential pressure (clean): Model- and grade-dependent. Representative pocket filters show clean Δp ≈ 50–110 Pa at ≈2.5–3.0 m/s for mid/high grades; carbon-loaded variants start higher. See product-specific Δp–velocity curves for sizing
  • Final resistance (Δp): Typical reference ≈250 Pa; some series are validated to ≈375–450 Pa. Follow the site’s change-out policy and the model’s published limit
