DFX-PE™ Polyester Dust Filter Bags

DFX-PE™ Polyester Dust Filter Bags are engineered for dependable dry dust collection in standard industrial baghouse systems where stable airflow, consistent particulate capture, and economical lifecycle performance are required. Manufactured from polyester needlefelt, DFX-PE™ provides a practical balance of filtration efficiency, dust cake release, dimensional stability, and mechanical durability for continuous service in dry, neutral to mildly alkaline operating environments.

Designed for operating temperatures up to 135 °C continuous, with short term peaks up to 150 °C, DFX-PE™ is well suited for general industrial dust collection where specialised high temperature or chemical resistant media is not required. The polyester needlefelt structure supports reliable airflow control and predictable differential pressure behaviour when correctly matched to the dust type, air to cloth ratio, cleaning cycle, and baghouse condition.

DFX-PE™ bags can be supplied in a range of sewn constructions, sizes, finishes, and mounting configurations to suit pulse jet, reverse air, and other industrial dust collector systems. Available options include singed, calendered, heat set, antistatic, oil and water repellent, and PTFE membrane laminated finishes for applications requiring improved surface filtration, enhanced dust cake release, or static dissipation support. Antistatic variants for ATEX compliant environments are available, subject to correct media selection, grounding, bonding, and site safety requirements.

Typical applications include general manufacturing, woodworking, plastics processing, food processing in dry zones, dry ingredient handling, powder handling, packaging lines, and other ambient to moderate temperature dust collection systems. Food contact compliant variants are available on request where supported by selected media and documentation requirements, including FDA 21 CFR and EU 1935/2004 & 10/2011.
