LFX-CPO™ – Polyolefin Depth Filter Cartridges

FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPO™ Polyolefin Depth Filter Cartridges are manufactured using an advanced thermally bonded bicomponent polyolefin fibre structure engineered to provide reliable depth filtration for industrial water, process liquids, chemicals and general particulate removal applications. The bicomponent media combines a durable structural core with a lower melting outer sheath, allowing fibres to bond securely during manufacturing without the use of resins or chemical binders. This produces a mechanically stable filtration matrix with excellent structural integrity, reduced fibre migration, low extractables and consistent filtration performance throughout the service life of the cartridge.

The thermally bonded bicomponent construction also improves media stability under differential pressure by helping the fibre network resist compression during operation. The uniform depth structure promotes high dirt holding capacity, stable flow characteristics and extended service life compared with loosely bonded fibre media, while minimising the risk of fibre shedding into downstream processes. The binder free construction further supports applications requiring clean process filtration where media cleanliness and product consistency are important.

LFX-CPO™ cartridges provide dependable particulate removal across a broad range of industrial applications including process water, cooling water, chemicals, paints, coatings, inks, process fluids, RO prefiltration and general manufacturing utilities. Manufactured under a controlled quality system using thermally bonded construction, every cartridge is designed to deliver repeatable filtration performance and dependable operational reliability.

Available in nominal micron ratings from 1 µm to 50 µm, with 0.5 µm available for specialised applications, LFX-CPO™ cartridges are supplied in standard lengths of 5″, 10″, 20″, 30″ and 40″, together with multiple end connection options for straightforward integration into industry standard filter housings. Their drop in compatibility with widely used cartridge configurations simplifies maintenance, reduces inventory complexity and supports reliable procurement across multiple facilities.

LFX-CPO™ cartridges can also be configured as dimensional and application specific replacements for selected JNC® CP and GF Series, 3M™ Betapure™ AU Series Polyolefin Filter Cartridges, Sekiso® multicomponent cartridge filter series and Centurion Fluid Filtration® EN65 series subject to matching cartridge diameter, length, end connection, seal material, micron rating, filtration basis and operating conditions.

Every LFX-CPO™ cartridge is manufactured using binder free thermal bonding, engineered for low fibre release, and produced for dependable compatibility with industry standard cartridge filtration systems.
