DFX-PPS™ PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) Ryton® Dust Filter Bags

DFX-PPS™ PPS Dust Filter Bags are manufactured from 100% Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS/Ryton®) needlefelt, engineered for high-temperature and chemically aggressive dust collection environments. PPS media is widely recognised for its stability in applications where conventional polyester or acrylic filter bags fail under continuous thermal and chemical stress.

With a continuous operating temperature rating of 190 °C and short-term peak resistance up to 220 °C, this PPS filter bag media maintains structural stability in demanding conditions where fibres are exposed to thermal oxidation, acidic or alkaline gases, and moisture-laden dust streams. The material’s strong resistance to hydrolysis makes PPS a preferred option in plants operating under harsh chemical and thermal conditions.

PPS Dust Filter Bags are used across coal-fired boilers, waste incineration facilities, cement plants, chemical processing, and power generation, where a dependable high-temperature filter bag is essential for consistent baghouse performance.

DFX-PPS™ provides reliable filtration performance for operators requiring a PPS filter bag that delivers strong chemical resistance, extended service life, and stable operation in demanding industrial dust collection systems.
