FiltraCore Asia’s LFX-CPLEAT-PS™ Hydrophilic Polysulfone Pleated Filter Cartridges are constructed using a highly asymmetric hydrophilic polysulfone (PS) membrane designed for high-flow, water-based filtration duties across utility water, DI water, ultrapure-water and fine-chemical processing systems. The asymmetric PS structure delivers excellent dirt-holding capacity, stable particulate retention, low differential pressure and predictable flow performance, providing reliable clarification for industrial and high-purity liquid applications.
Each cartridge is manufactured using polypropylene support layers, polypropylene core, polypropylene cage and polypropylene end caps, assembled under fully thermal-bonded, adhesive-free fabrication to minimise extractables and maintain consistent retention. All LFX-CPLEAT-PS™ elements are produced in a controlled cleanroom environment under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and are 100 percent integrity tested. The hydrophilic PS membrane requires no prewetting and provides rapid wettability for applications requiring immediate high-clarity performance.
LFX-CPLEAT-PS™ applies an asymmetric PS membrane providing high flow capacity, low ΔP and stable retention for DI water, UPW systems, neutral aqueous solutions and fine-chemical liquids. The membrane architecture supports extended service life and consistent performance across rinse-water loops, utility circuits and chemical-processing stages. Cartridges provide broad compatibility with developing, etching and stripping solutions and deliver stable clarification in high-purity liquid processes, including DI-water polishing, utility-water conditioning, semiconductor-process liquids, rinse-water clarification and chemical-bath treatment.
Each element is integrity tested, serial-number tracked, non-fibre releasing and engineered for drop-in compatibility with hydrophilic PS cartridges from established global manufacturers, subject to dimensional and application verification.
